ABOUT THIS MODEL:

The Big Bueno Fish, also known as a BBF, offers the added foam and paddling of an egg; along with the fluid maneuverability of a quad.

This board has a touch more rocker than our typical fishes, which makes it incredibly loose and responsive. Feels like a big board up front, but turns like a smaller board in the back.

FIN: Futures quad boxes come standard on the BBF.

Every Almond surfboard begins as an idea shaped by hand — each model thoughtfully designed, tested, and refined in California. Today, we use precision cutting to bring those proven designs to life more efficiently, then finish every board by hand to ensure it feels just right under your feet. Each curve still passes through the craftsman’s hands, balancing modern precision with timeless artistry. It’s how we honor the process while preserving the body — and the legacy — behind every Almond board.
