Because each built-to-order Almond is crafted specifically for you, we’re unable to make changes or cancellations once an order has been placed. All sales are final.
If something arrives damaged or with a craftsmanship issue, please reach out to us at info@almondsurfboards.com and we’ll make it right. Built-to-order boards are covered under our standard warranty and the same level of care we put into every board we build.

Custom boards generally take 8–12 weeks to complete. Each one is shaped, glassed, and finished by hand in California. The timeline depends on the model, details, and the number of boards currently in the queue — quality always comes before speed.
How are custom boards shipped?
Each fiberglass board is hand-wrapped and boxed for protection, then shipped via trusted freight carriers on Tuesdays and Fridays. Once your board ships, you’ll receive tracking details and a confirmation email. When it arrives, inspect it right away to ensure no damage occurred in transit.
Do you ship custom boards internationally?
